Penetapan Agung-Mansur Tunggu BRPK, Ini Penjelasan KPU Pemalang

PUSKAPIK.COM, Pemalang- Mekanisme pelantikan dan penetapan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Pemalang terpilih di Pilkada 2020 tinggal menunggu waktu. Setelah sebelumnya pada pleno tingkat KPU Kabupaten, 15 Desember lalu Pasangan calon Mukti Agung-Mansur Hidayat memenangkan perolehan suara pada Pilkada Pemalang 2020.

Meskipun begitu, KPU Pemalang tidak serta-merta langsung bisa menetapkan pemenang karena harus menunggu keluarnya Buku Registrasi Perkara Konstitusi (BRPK) dari Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK).

Terkait hal ini, Anggota KPU Pemalang, Agus Setiyanto, Sabtu 26 Desember 2020, menjelaskan, BRPK adalah merupakan surat keterangan dari MK bahwa, beberapa kota/kabupaten yang tidak ada perselisihan ataupun yang ada perselisihan hasil penghitungan suara.

“Buku ini nantinya dari MK dikirim ke KPU RI, dari KPU RI turun ke KPU Kabupaten/Kota, salah satunya di Pemalang, ” ujarnya.

Lanjut Agus, setelah sampai di Pemalang, secara aturan KPU paling lama 5 hari harus sudah melaksanakan rapat pleno penetapan pasangan calon terpilih.

“Jadi kalau informasinya banyak di media massa itu BRPK turun tanggal 18 Januari 2021 di Kabupaten Pemalang, maksimal 5 hari setelah itu KPU harus menetapkan pasangan calon terpilih, begitu konsep dasarnya, ” ujarnya.

Sedangkan untuk pelantikan, Agus mengatakan akan di lakukan satu bulan setelah penetapan.

“Baru setelah ditetapkan, satu bulan setelahnya (17-24 Februari 2021) dilaksanakan pelantikan bupati dan wakil bupati Pemalang terpilih, ” pungkasnya.

Dari informasi yang dihimpun, ada 114 pengajuan gugatan sengketa Pilkada bupati dan wakil bupati ke MK, Jawa Tengah hanya 3 yakni Kabupaten Rembang, Kabupaten Purworejo, dan Kota Magelang.
