PUSKAPIK.COM, Pemalang – Partai Gerindra meresmikan dukungannya untuk mengusung Pasangan Calon (Paslon) bupati dan wakil bupati Agus Sukoco-Eko Priono, pada Pilkada Pemalang 2020. Keabsahan dukungan itu setelah Partai Gerindra menggelar konferensi pers di Kantor Dewan Pimpinan Cabang (DPC) Gerindra, Pemalang, Jumat sore (13/3/2020).
Ketua DPC Partai Gerindra Pemalang, Rama, memastikan partainya bergabung dengan PDIP dan Golkar, mengusung Agus-Eko. “Hari ini secara resmi mengusung Agus-Eko, juga resmi berkoalisi dengan PDIP dan Golkar,” kata Rama, saat konferensi pers.
Konferensi pers Gerindra itu menyudahi spekulasi atau kemungkinan Gerindra berkoalisi dengan partai selain PDIP dan Golkar. Sebelumnya, petinggi Partai Gerindra, Golkar dan PDIP Pemalang, bertemu di Semarang, untuk bersepakat koalisi mengusung Agus-Eko. Agus Sukoco kini masih menjabat Ketua DPRD Pemalang itu, adalah kader PDIP. Sementara Eko Priyono adalah kader Golkar.
Ketua DPC PDIP Pemalang, H Junaedi yang juga hadir dalam konferensi pers itu mengungkapkan, proses bergabungnya Gerindra itu diinisiasi oleh PDIP. “Untuk mengajak Gerindra gabung dalam koalisi, saya sendiri yang berkomunikasi dengan Pak Wahid (ketua DPD Gerindra Jawa Tengah), dan beliau dengan senang hati menyepakati,” ujarnya.
Setelah resmi berkoalisi, kata Junaedi, agar seluruh kader partai koalisi tetap solid mendukung Agus-Eko dan mulai bergerak sosialisasi. “Kalau hitungan statistik dari tiga partai ini sudah 350 ribu suara, maka target kami 65 persen, syukur bisa lebih,” ungkap Junaedi.
Junaedi menambahkan, agenda terdekat koalisi PDIP-Golkar-Gerindra, akan segera menyusun grand design dan strategi pemenangan serta konsolidasi antarpartai koalisi. “Kami mempersilakan jika ada partai lain yang ingin bergabung lagi,” ujar Junaedi.
Konferensi pers juga dihadiri Ketua DPC partai Golkar, HM Rois, Ketua Fraksi Golkar, Ujianto.
