PUSKAPIK.COM, Tegal – Pemerintah Kota Tegal mulai mendistribusikan 27.450 paket sembako sebagai kompensasi program Jateng di Rumah Saja, Jumat siang, 5 Februari 2021. Dengan memanfaatkan Jaring Pengaman Sosial (JPS) Dinas Sosial, pendistribusian ditarget rampung dalam sehari.
“Meski masih jauh dari sempurna, setidaknya paket bantuan ini dapat sedikit membantu masyarakat selama dua hari. Saya instruksikan selesai hari ini,” kata Wali Kota Tegal Dedy Yon Supriyono usai menyerahkan paket sembako secara simbolis kepada warga di Pringitan Rumah Dinas Wali Kota, Jumat sore, 5 Februari 2021.
Menurut Wali Kota, bantuan yang diberikan tersebut terdiri dari beras 5 kilogram dan 5 bungkus mi instan. Pembagiannya ditarget selesai Jumat malam, 5 Februari 2021 melalui 27 Kelurahan se-Kota Tegal.
Adapun 27.450 paket terbagi untuk empat kecamatan, dengan rincian Kecamatan Tegal Timur 7.833 paket, Kecamatan Tegal Barat 7.071 paket, Kecamatan Tegal Selatan 4.325 paket dan Kecamatan Margadana 8.221 paket.
Ihwal penerapan program Di Rumah Saja, Dedy menyebut, seluruh pertokoan, mal, tempat hiburan, wisata dan pasar ditutup. Hanya, terdapat beberapa pasar yang diperbolehkan buka mulai pukul 05.00 hingga pukul 07.00 WIB.
“Akses jalan kita tutup sebagian, untuk akses vital masih dibuka. PJU dipadamkan mulai pukul 18.00 hingga pukul 05.00 WIB. Ini semata-mata untuk mendukung, agar tidak ada warga yang keluar rumah dan berkerumun,” katanya.
Sementara, salah satu penerima sembako, Kasem (40) merasa senang karena mendapat kompensasi program 2 hari di rumah saja. Bantuan tersebut dirasa cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan selama dua hari.
Kasem yang kesehariannya bekerja sebagai penjual makanan ringan di sekolah ini mengaku, telah berbelanja sayur mayur untuk persediaan selama di rumah.
“Alhamdulillah dapat beras dan mi instan. Kemarin saya sudah belanja sayur. Jadi bisa untuk dua hari,” katanya.
