PUSKAPIK.COM, Pemalang – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Pemalang membentuk tim pemberantas mafia tanah. Masyarakat bisa langsung melapor jika merasa dirugikan atas hak kepemilikan tanah yang diduga terdapat praktik mafia tanah.
Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Pemalang, Roy Rovalino Herdiansyah, mengatakan, tim pemberantas mafia tanah ini dibentuk atas maraknya praktik mafia tanah yang meresahkan masyarakat.
“Tanah merupakan hal penting bagi masyarakat, untuk hal penghidupan. Sementara banyak oknum yang memanfaatkan tanah ini, yang tadinya illegal dibuat seolah-olah legal,†ujar Roy, Jumat 28 Januari 2022.
Perbuatan itu, sambung Roy, mengakibatkan masyarakat atau pemilik tanah yang sebenarnya dirugikan. Terutama, jika tanah tersebut milik pemerintah atau aset pemerintah daerah.
“Tim satgas (pemberantas mafia tanah) akan segera melakukan penindakan apabila ada mafia tanah,†tegas Roy Rovalino.
Roy memaparkan, tim pemberantas mafia tanah ini akan pro-aktif ketika menemui permasalahan di lapangan, maupun mendapat aduan dari masyarakat yang merasa dirugikan.
“Nanti kita telaah dari perkara itu. Pro-aktif, kita datangi daerah konflik, atau ke BPN, kemudian kita wawancara dan hasilnya kita telaah, apakah ada mafia tanah,†jelas Roy.
Tak pandang bulu, Roy menegaskan, tim pemberantas mafia tanah juga akan melakukan penindakan apabila ada oknum aparatur sipil negara (ASN) yang terlibat dalam praktik mafia tanah ini.
Bagi warga masyarakat Kabupaten Pemalang yang merasa dirugikan soal hak atas kepemilikan tanah yang diduga terdapat mafia tanah dibaliknya, bisa melapor ke Kejaksaan Negeri Pemalang.
“Masyarakat bisa langsung ke kantor kami (Kejaksaan Negeri Pemalang) atau bisa melaporkan lewat hotline tim pemberantas mafia tanah 082136566621,†tandas Roy Rovalino.
