PUSKAPIK.COM, Brebes – Pelaku pembobolan mesin ATM milik Bank Jateng di Desa Klampis, Kecamatan Jatibarang, Brebes, akhirnya diringkus. dicokok di sejumlah tempat berbeda di Jakarta.
Kapolres Brebes AKBP Gatot Yulianto, Kamis 26 November 2020 mengatakan, pelaku yang ditangkap berjumlah enam orang. Empat orang yakni AD Jaelani, Eriadi Amir, Krisna Yusak dan Agung Kurniawan sebagai eksekutor pembobol ATM. Sedangkan dua lainnya masing masing Radi Sabatini dan Juhanda sebagai penadah mesin ATM.
“Masih ada dua orang lagi yang masih buron dan masuk dalam DPO, masing masing Pendi dan Zeni. Jadi total ada 8 orang yang terlibat kasus ini,” ungkapnya.
Kapolres menambahkan, dua dari empat pelaku pembobol mesin ATM, yakni Krisna Yusak dan Agung Kurniawan saat ini ditahan di Polda Jawa Barat karena terlibat kasus kejahatan lain, pembobolan konter HP.
“Jadi dari empat orang itu, dua ditahan di Polda Jawa Barat karena terlibat kasus pembobolan konter HP. Tapi tetap akan diproses kasus yang di Brebes,” kata Kapolres kepada wartawan.
Kapolres juga menerangkan, dua pelaku Radi Sabatini dan Juhanda ditangkap karena menjadi penadah mesin ATM. Dia diberi upah oleh pelaku untuk membongkar komponen mesin ATM dan membuangnya.
“Jadi setelah uang dari dalam mesin ATM ini diambil, kemudian mesin ini diberikan ke Radi dan Juhanda. Dua orang ini bertugas mempreteli dan membuangnya,” kata Kapolres Brebes lagi.
Setelah dibobol dan dibawa kabur, uang sebanyak Rp 179 juta di dalam mesin ATM berhasil dikeluarkan oleh pelaku. Uang tersebut kemudian dibagi dengan besaran yang berbeda. Setelah uang diambil, mesin ATM ini selanjutnya akan dibuang untuk menghilangkan jejak.
Pelaku kemudian meminta bantuan Radi dan Juhanda untuk memotong mesin ATM menjadi beberapa bagian dan membuangnya. Untuk menjalankan tugas ini, dua orang ini diberi sejumlah uang.
Atas perbuatan tersebut, pelaku dikenakan Pasal 363 Ayat (1) ke 4 dan ke 5 KUHPidana dengan ancaman kurungan penjara selama sembilan tahun.
“Tersangka kita kenakan Pasal 363 ancamannya sembilan tahun kurungan penjara,” terang Kapolres.
Sementara, Jaelani, salah seorang dari eksekutor pembobol mesin ATM mengaku, mendapat bagian sebanyak Rp.7,5 juta. Uang tersebut kini telah habis untuk makan keluarga.
“Dapat Rp.7,5 juta. Dapatnya cuma sedikit dan sudah habis,” aku Jaelani.
Selain tersangka, polisi juga menyita barang bukti berupa bagian bagian mesin ATM, linggis, kunci gembok, obeng embang, lima buah kaset mesin ATM, dua buah power suply dan rekaman CCTV saat pelaku beraksi.
