PEMALANG (PUSKAPIK)-Bertempat di Pengadilan Agama Pemalang, Jalan Sulawesi, Mulyoharjo, Pemalang, Jumat (06/03/2020) dilantik. Ketua Pengadilan Agama kelas 1 A Pemalang melantik, Drs Hadi Djuwadi, SH MH sebagai Hakim Utama Muda, Drs Ade Muhammad Suchrowardi sebagai Hakim Utama Muda dan Drs Khaerudin MHI, sesuai SK yang dikeluarkan Mahkamah Agung Senin, 1 Maret 2020.
Ditemui Puskapik disela-sela acara, Mohamad Sukiyanto, Panitera Muda Gugatan, Pengadilan Agama Pemalang, menyampaikan, agenda pelantikan sebagai proses pergantian jabatan yang sudah biasa di Pengadilan kelas 1A Pemalang. “Ada tiga hakim yang dilantik hari ini menggantikan lima Hakim yang mutasi ke daerah lain,” ujarnya.
Terkait berkurangnya jumlah hakim di Pengadilan Agama Pemalang, Sukiyanto, menjelaskan, tidak akan berpengaruh dalam kinerja. “Pengurangan hakim yang ada akan kita tutup dengan kinerja yang lebih keras lagi, jadi tidak berpengaruh,” ungkap Sukiyanto.
Sukiyanto menambahkan target yang diberikan oleh Mahkamah Agung 15% untuk capaian penanganan perkara di tahun ini. Pengadilan Agama Pemalang tercatat peringkat 8 besar dan peringkat ke-2 se Jawa Tengah. “Untuk target penyelesaian perkara 15% capaiannya dan alhamdulillah kita tahun lalu melebihi target,” tambahnya.
Saat ini menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi lembaga agar bisa memberikan kinerja yang maksimal dalam penyelesaian perkara yang masih ada. “Sekitar 4500 perkara yg harus diselesaikan per tahun. Terbanyak masih kasus perceraian,” Sukiyanto menambahkan.(WW)
