KOTA TEGAL (PUSKAPIK) – Jajaran Satnarkoba Polres Tegal Kota berhasil meringkus empat Kurir narkoba, salah satunya seorang wanita, Devi Rosita (26). Ibu dua anak asal Semarang tersebut ditangkap saat hendak menyelundupkan narkotika jenis sabu-sabu ke Lapas Kelas II B Tegal, Sabtu (11/1/2020) lalu.
Kapolres Tegal Kota, AKBP Siti Rondhijah, saat gelar ungkap kasus Senin (13/1), menjelaskan, pelaku menyembunyikan barang haram itu di dalam bungkus kopi instan kemudian diselipkan di balik celana dalamnya.
“Awalnya Pelaku mengaku hendak menjenguk kakaknya di Lapas Kelas II B. Kemudian oleh petugas dilakukan pemeriksaan dan berhasil didapat narkoba jenis sabu-sabu di dalam celana dalamnya yang dibungkus plastik putih dan dikemas dalam kemasan minuman kopi serbuk,†jelasnya.
Siti Rondhijah mengatakan barang bukti yang diamankan dari pelaku diantaranya satu paket sabu-sabu seberat 4,90 gram dan HP milik pelaku. Menurutnya, pelaku mengaku hanya diminta mengantarkan paket ke dalam Lapas.
“Kita masih lakukan pengembangan untuk mengungkapkan siapa yang memesannya dari dalam Lapas,†tandasnya.
Sementara itu Pelaku mengaku baru pertama kali melakukan perbuatannya itu. Dari hasil kerjanya, ia dijanjikan akan diberikan upah sebesar Rp500.000 untuk pengiriman barang haram itu.
“Kalau berhasil ngirim narkoba baru dibayar. Sedangkan ide memasukan ke dalam celana itu ide dari saya agar tidak ketahuan,†tandasnya.
Akibat perbuatannya para pelaku dijerat dengan pasal 114 ayat (1) jo 112 ayat (1) UU nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. Dengan ancaman hukuman antara 5-20 tahun penjara.(WIJ)
