PUSKAPIK.COM, Pemalang – Calon Wakil Bupati Pemalang nomor urut 02, Mansur Hidayat, memastikan tak ada ‘kongkalikong’ dalam pengangkatan pegawai atau pejabat Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Jika Ia bersama pasangan calon Bupatinya, Mukti Agung Wibowo, terpilih dalam Pilkada 2020.

Itu ditegaskan Mansur Hidayat, saat ditemui di sela acara internal koalisi partai pengusungnya, di Hall R-Gina Hotel, Petarukan, Pemalang, Kamis 3 Desember 2020.

“Ke depan jabatan itu dilakukan dengan cara ‘manage sytem’. Artinya kecakapan dari seseorang untuk menempati jabatan tertentu,” tegas Mansur.

Khususnya untuk jabatan teknis. Kemudian, kata Mansur, mereka harus menandatangani pakta integritas, bahwa mereka tak akan melakukan Korupsi Kolusi Nepotisme (KKN).

Menurut Mansur, upaya merealisasikan tak adanya ‘sogok menyogok’ dalam pengangkatan pejabat pemerintahan atau ASN itu, bisa dimulai dari pemimpinnya.

“Karena kalau pemimpinnya tegas, tak ada sogok menyogok, ke bawahnya pasti takut. Artinya dimulai dari ‘Top to Down’, dari atas ke bawah,” jelas Mansur.

Statement tak adanya ‘kongkalikong’ dalam pengangkatan jabatan itu, juga pernah disampaikan Mansur Hidayat dalam debat publik, Sabtu 28 November 2020 lalu.

“Kalau saya jelas sekali, dalam pengangkatan pegawai,kepala dinas, kepala badan dan segala macam, tidak pakai uang!. Saya tegaskan, untuk ke depan, pengangkatan pegawai,ASN,Kepala Sekolah, segala macam, tidak menggunakan uang! Tidak harus menyogok!,” kata Mansur, dalam debat.
