PUSKAPIK.COM, Pemalang – Melihat sepeda motor Suzuki A100 yang ditunggangi Kepala Desa Penggarit, Imam Wibowo, orang mungkin akan menganggap biasa saja. Apalagi ditengah tren restorasi motor klasik yang kini banyak dilirik anak muda.

Namun, rupanya motor Suzuki A100 keluaran tahun 1975 itu barang istimewa bernilai sejarah. Motor bercat hijau dengan nomor polisi B 4179 ALI itu merupakan pemberian Letjend KKO (Purn) Ali Sadikin, mantan Gubernur DKI Jakarta.

“Iya ini pemberian Pak Ali saat masih menjabat Gubernur DKI Jakarta,” ungkap Imam Wibowo kepada puskapik.com, Selasa 27 Desember 2022.

Motor itu adalah hadiah Ali Sadikin kepada warga masyarakat Desa Penggarit Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten Pemalang dalam kunjungannya semasa menjabat gubernur. Seperti diketahui, ia menjabat Gubernur DKI Jakarta tahun 1966-1977.

“Motor ini dihadiahkan ke warga Penggarit karena beliau saat masa perjuangan perang kemerdekaan bersama pasukannya Corps Mariniers (CM) Corps Armada (CA)-IV, bertahan di Desa Penggarit dari gempuran Belanda,” tuturnya.

Menurut Imam, semasa era kemerdekaan melawan Belanda dan sekutunya, Desa Penggarit merupakan basis perjuangan Corps Mariniers (CM) Corps Armada (CA)-IV yang tak lain adalah cikal bakal TNI-AL.

“Jadi waktu memberi hadiah ini Pak Ali dalam kunjungan silaturahmi dengan teman-teman seperjuangannya, beberapa mereka masih ada (hidup), tapi banyak juga yang sudah wafat.” jelasnya.

Selain motor Suzuki A100, kata Imam, dalam kunjungan tersebut Ali Sadikin juga memberikan televisi, mesin jahit, dan lampu patromax. Tetapi dari sekian hadiah itu, hanya sepeda motor itulah yang masih tersimpan.

Motor antik ini juga kerap mejeng di acara-acara yang digelar Pemerintah Desa Penggarit. Seperti saat event Pasar Kamis Wage di Benowo Park Desa Penggarit beberapa waktu lalu yang mengusung tema klasik ala tahun 70-an.

“Motor ini bisa menjadi bukti untuk kita ceritakan ke generasi muda, bahwa bumi Penggarit menjadi saksi sejarah kemerdekaan.” pungkasnya.

Sebagai informasi, Ali Sadikin sendiri wafat pada 20 Mei 2008 silam di Singapura. Pria yang akrab disapa “Bang Ali” itu dimakamkan di Tempat Pemakaman Umum (TPU) Tanah Kusir, Jakarta.
