PUSKAPIK.COM, Jakarta – Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) meminta agar kebijakan pembatasan sosial berskala besar, physical distancing dilakukan lebih tegas, lebih disiplin, dan lebih efektif lagi.
Pernyataan tersebut disampaikan Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) saat memberikan pengantar pada Rapat Terbatas (ratas) Laporan Tim Gugus Tugas Virus Korona (Covid-19), Senin (30/3/2020), melalui konferensi video dari Istana Kepresidenan Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat.
“Sehingga tadi juga sudah saya sampaikan bahwa perlu didampingi adanya kebijakan darurat sipil,” ujar Presiden Jokowi seperti dikutip dari situs resmi Setkab.go.id, Senin (30/3/2020).
Dalam menjalankan kebijakan pembatasan sosial berskala besar, Presiden meminta agar segera disiapkan aturan pelaksanaannya yang lebih jelas sebagai panduan-panduan untuk provinsi, kabupaten, dan kota sehingga pemerintah daerah bisa bekerja.
“Saya ingatkan kebijakan kekarantinaan kesehatan, termasuk karantina wilayah adalah kewenangan Pemerintah Pusat, bukan kewenangan Pemerintah Daerah,” imbuh Presiden.
Kepala negara juga berharap seluruh Menteri memastikan bahwa Pemerintah Pusat, Pemerintah Daerah harus memiliki visi yang sama. “Harus satu visi, memiliki kebijakan yang sama, semuanya harus dikalkulasi, semuanya harus dihitung, baik dari dampak kesehatan maupun dampak sosial ekonomi yang ada,” ujarnya.
