PUSKAPIK.COM, Pemalang – Kawasan hutan di Desa Bodas Kecamatan Watukumpul Kabupaten Pemalang dikabarkan terbakar malam ini, Kamis 7 September 2023. Kabar itu dibenarkan Kepala UPTD Damkar Pemalang, Diar Hendrayatno.
“Iya, tapi itu ikutnya wilayah Majalangu,” kata Diar saat dihubungi puskapik.com.
Diar menyebut, pihaknya sudah menghubungi pemangku wilayah setempat. Namun, dipastikan api yang melahap kawasan hutan tersebut sudah padam. “Tadi kami sudah konfirmasi, infonya sudah padam. Dipadamkan warga.” jelas Diar.
Informasi yang dihimpun, kobaran api melahap pepohonan serta kebun cengkeh. Warga pun berjibaku memadamkan api. Belum diketahui pasti penyebab kebakaran tersebut. Namun, dipastikan tak ada korban jiwa dalam insiden itu.
“Alhamdulillah, tadi kami dapat informasi enggak ada korban jiwa.” jelas Diar.
Damkar sendiri belum sempat menjangkau lokasi kejadian kebakaran di wilayah Kecamagan Watukumpul itu lantaran masih fokus menangani kebakaran sampah di Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) Pesalakan Desa Pegongsoran, Pemalang.
