PUSKAPIK.COM, Semarang – Bupati Pemalang (non-aktif), Mukti Agung Wibowo dijatuhi 6,5 tahun penjara oleh Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Semarang atas kasus suap jual beli jabatan yang menjeratnya, Senin 8 Mei 2023.

Vonis yang dijatuhkan terhadap Mukti Agung Wibowo itu lebih rendah dari tuntutan jaksa penuntut umum (JPU) pada sidang dakwaan April 2023 lalu yakni 8,5 tahun.

Dalam sidang, Hakim Ketua Bambang Setyo Widjanarko, menyatakan selain vonis 6,5 tahun penjara, majelis hakim juga menjatuhkan hukuman denda sebesar Rp 30 juta yang jika tak dibayarkan maka diganti kurungan selama 3 bulan.

“Total gratifikasi yang diterima terdakwa selama sekitar dua tahun menjabat melalui Adi Jumal Widodo sebesar Rp5,085 miliar,” kata Bambang Setyo Widjanarko, dikutip dari sindonews.com.

Hakim menegaskan, selain vonis 6,5 tahun dan denda Rp 30 juta, terdakwa Mukti Agung Wibowo juga diwajibkan membayar uang pengganti kerugian negara atas hasil korupsi yang dinikmati yaitu sebesar Rp 4,9 miliar.

Diketahui, suap dan gratifikasi itu berasal dari uang syukuran para pejabat eselon 2, 3, dan 4 yang dipromosikan uang iuran dari para pejabat di Pemalang, uang yang disisihkan dari anggaran dinas, hingga fee dari sejumlah pelaksana proyek.

Uang suap dan gratifikasi tersebut juga terbukti digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan terdakwa, seperti membayar hutang, memberi tanah dan alat penggilingan padi, pembelian parsel lebaran, serta kontribusi untuk PPP Pemalang.

Dalam pertimbangannya, Hakim menyatakan Mukti Agung Wibowo terbukti menikmati uang yang berasal dari suap dan gratifikasi itu. “Terdakwa sebagai penyelenggara negara tidak mendukung program mewujudkan pemerintahan yang baik dan bersih,” ungkapnya.
