PUSKAPIK.COM, Pemalang – Plt Bupati Pemalang, Mansur Hidayat, enggan menanggapi pernyataan anggota DPRD Pemalang, Mokhammad Safi’i, yang menyebut banyak pegawai honorer “titipan” di Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Pemalang.
“No comment aja.” ujarnya saat dihubungi Puskapik.com via telepon, Rabu 5 Oktober 2022.
Namun, Mansur Hidayat memastikan, dirinya berkomitmen untuk memberantas praktik nepotisme dan bakal menindak tegas jika kedepannya ditemukan praktik “titipan” dalam rekruitmen pegawai honorer.
“Silahkan laporkan ke saya. Saya tidak berbicara yang lalu, tapi kedepan kalau ada yang begitu, masukin orang (pegawai honorer) bayar, laporkan ke saya.” tegasnya.
Mengenai persoalan ribuan pegawai honorer Pemkab Pemalang yang tak bisa masuk ke pendataan Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN), Mansur mengatakan, dirinya masih menunggu arahan dari Pemerintah Pusat.
“Kalau saya tetap menunggu arahan dari pemerintah pusat. Nanti pusat seperti apa perintahnya ya kita lakukan sesuai arahan pusat.” ungkapnya.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Pemalang, Mokhammad Safi’i, blak-blakan menyebut banyak praktik “titipan” dalam rekruitmen pegawai honorer di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Pemalang.
Praktik nepotisme yang sudah berlangsung lama ini juga yang menurutnya menjadi bom waktu dalam persoalan yang kini tengah dihadapi Pemkab Pemalang, mengenai pendataan pegawai honorer ke Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN).
“Semakin kesini, pegawai non-ASN ‘titipan’ ini semakin banyak. Proses rekruitmennya tidak memperhatikan analisis beban kerja,” tutur Mokhammad Safi’i, Selasa 4 Oktober 2022.
Menurut Safi’i, banyak rekruitmen pegawai honorer di Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Pemalang yang tak seimbang dengan kapasitasnya. Padahal mustinya rekruitmen pegawai honorer ini memperhatikan analisis beban kerja OPD.
“Rekruitmen itu harus terkendali, semua harus melalui BKD (Badan Kepegawaian Daerah. Kalau tidak ya jadinya seperti sekarang ini, jumlah tenaga honorer sampai ribuan.” ujarnya.
