PUSKAPIK.COM, Pemalang – Bupati Pemalang Mukti Agung Wibowo akhirnya buka suara terkait kisruh seleksi Sekretaris DPRD (Sekwan) yang mencuat pasca munculnya statement dari Ketua DPRD Tatang Kirana.
Saat ditemui Puskapik.com, Mukti Agung Wibowo mengatakan, Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Pemalang sudah melakukan komunikasi dengan DPRD soal jabatan pimpinan tinggi pratama (JPTP) Sekwan.
“Kita semua komunikasi ada, semua sudah sesuai prosedur. Tinggal kalau ada hal yang mungkin kurang pas, kita lihat aturannya,” katanya, Senin pagi 27 Desember 2021.
Bupati menegaskan, pihaknya juga sudah mengajukan profil para peserta seleksi Sekwan kepada DPRD Pemalang. “Persetujuan juga sudah kita ajukan,” katanya.
Terkait ancaman boikot kegiatan eksekutif dan legislatif, serta langkah hukum ke Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN), Mukti Agung enggan berkomentar. “Saya sih no comment, yang jelas kami melakukan sesuai prosedural aja sesuai aturan yang berlaku,” katanya.
Mukti Agung juga menegaskan Pemkab tidak menjagokan satu nama untuk menjadi Sekwan. “Semua sesuai dengan hasil pansel dan dari hasil itu (rekomendasi) yang nanti kita tentukan,” katanya.
Sementara itu, Sekda Pemalang Mokhammad Arifin menambahkan, terkait permintaan persetujuan calon Sekwan kepada Ketua DPRD, pihaknya sudah mengajukannya secara tertulis.
“Kita sampaikan waktu itu tanggal 22, kemudian setelah turun dari KASN untuk ujian 3 kita sampaikan surat Pak Bupati ke Ketua Dewan, itu sudah lengkap semuanya, baik yang konsultasi maupun permintaan persetujuan,” katanya.
Mokhammad Arifin juga menegaskan, pihaknya mengantongi bukti-bukti konsultasi maupun pengajuan persetujuan seleksi Sekwan kepada Ketua DPRD Pemalang.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, Kamis, 23 Desember 2021, DPRD Pemalang mengancam akan melakukan upaya hukum ke Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN) terhadap Pemkab Pemalang terkait lelang jabatan Sekwan. Pemkab dinilai melanggar UU 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintah Daerah dalam seleksi tersebut.
