PUSKAPIK.COM, Kota Pekalongan – Sebagai wujud empati terhadap masyarakat yang membutuhkan, sudah dua pekan ini, Polwan Satlantas Polres Pekalongan Kota menggelar Jumat Berkah. Seperti Jumat pagi, 3 September 2021, para Polwan membagikan nasi kotak untuk tukang becak, tukang parkir, dann orang jompo di Lapangan Mataram.
Kasatlantas Polres Pekalongan Kota AKP Tri Handayani mengungkapkan polwan ingin hadir membantu meringankan beban masyarakat yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19. “Kami ingin hadir membantu dan memberikan keberkahan. Kami tak sendiri tetapi juga bekerja sama dengan berbagai komunitas,” katanya.
Tri Handayani mengatakan, banyak komunitas di Kota Pekalongan yang telah dan akan mendukung Jumat Berkah. “Mari siapa pun boleh bergabung, kami siapkan 50-100 kotak untuk dibagikan. Kalau dari polwan ini bukan dari anggaran, tetapi uang pribadi,” katanya.
Kasatlantas mengatakan, nasi kotak ini mungkin tak bisa membantu para tukang becak, parkir, dan jompo untuk memenuhi kehidupannya. “Kami hanya ingin berbagi agar memperoleh keberkahan hidup,” katanya.
