PUSKAPIK.COM, Pekalongan – Bupati Pekalongan Fadia Arafiq melakukan kunjungan kerja sekaligus survei lokasi proyek rehabilitasi pembangunan Pasar Wiradesa. Dia didampingi para kepala OPD terkait, Kapolsek Wiradesa AKP Aris Suharsono,SH, Kepala UPT Pasar Wiradesa Trisnanto serta Proyek Manager PT PP Urban ( pengembang pasar ) Mara.

Dijelaskan bupati, pembangunan Pasar Wiradesa ada 28 rumah warga yang harus dibebaskan. Untuk itu pihaknya akan melakukan pendekatan kepada pemilik rumah.

“ Kita akan sikapi dengan cepat. Kita akan mengadakan pendekatan dan pembebasan lahannya,” ungkap Fadia Rabu 1 September 2021.

Bupati Fadia juga menyampaikan pembangunan pasar Wiradesa direncanakan selesai pada bulan November 2021 mendatang.

“ Kita segera persiapan pembangunan blok C dan juga persiapan perpindahan, pengecekan berapa kios yang tersedia, berapa banyak pedagang lama yang harus kita prioritaskan dan juga pembebasan lahan,” lanjutnya.

Dia berharap para pedagang segera bisa berjualan di pasar Wiradesa. Apalagi lokasi pasar milik Kabupaten Pekalongan ini berada di titik keramaian pantura, Pasar Wiradesa diharapkan terlihat rapi, indah dan bersih.

Sementara itu Proyek Manager PT PP Urban ( pengembang pasar ), Bapak Mara, dalam kesempatan itu memaparkan, proyek rehabilitasi pembangunan Pasar Wiradesa dilaksanakan oleh kontraktor PT PP Urban dengan nilai kontrak fisik Rp. 72.712.701.000,-.

Adapun untuk pelaksanaan dimulai dari tanggal 22 Oktober 2020 sampai dengan 16 September 2021 selama 330 hari dan diperpanjang sampai bulan November 2021 dengan masa perawatan selama 365 hari. Untuk proses pembangunan pasar, sampai saat ini sudah mencapai 66 persen.
