PUSKAPIK.COM, Kota Pekalongan – Sebanyak 31 perusahaan menawarkan lebih dari 700 lowongan pekerjaan pada Job Fair Online 2021 di Kota Pekalongan. Kegiatan ini digelar selama dua hari pada 30 Juni-1 Juli 2021.

Kepala Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja (Dinperinaker) Kota Pekalongan, Slamet Hariyadi mengungkapkan, mengingat situasi saat ini, job fair yang rutin digelar setiap tahun, tahun ini dilakukan secara online. Kendati begitu, Slamet bersyukur antusias perusahaan yang ikut dalam job fair online terbilang cukup banyak.

“Alhamdulillah antusias perusahaan juga lumayan banyak, ada 31 perusahaan yang bergabung dan membuka lebih dari 700 posisi lowongan kerja. Kami berharap lowongan yang ada bisa terisi oleh para pencari kerja khususnya dari warga Kota Pekalongan yang saat ini membutuhkan pekerjaan,” kata Slamet usai menghadiri pembukaan Job Fair Online 2021 Kota Pekalongan 2021 di Ruang Kresna Setda Kota Pekalongan, Rabu, 30 Juni 2021.

Slamet menyebutkan, perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergabung pun tidak hanya dari Kota Pekalongan tapi juga dari luar daerah seperti Kabupaten Batang, Semarang, Jakarta, dan sebagainya. Perusahaan ini bergerak di berbagai bidang yakni keuangan, jasa kurir pengiriman, garmen, perdagangan,dan lain-lain. Adapun beberapa posisi lowongan kerja yang ditawarkan seperti supervisor, marketing, tenaga operator, tenaga quality control, dan sebagainya.

“Kami mendorong masyarakat Kota Pekalongan, semisal dari luar kota ada yang ingin mendaftar boleh saja, nanti ada sistem seleksi dari perusahaan yang berwenang dan menentukan siapa saja yang diterima dan sesuai kualifikasi. Dari Dinperinaker hanya memfasilitasi dan mempertemukan supaya perusahaan mendapatkan calon-calon tenaga kerja yang sesuai dibutuhkan,” katanya.

Kasi Penempatan Kerja Dinperinaker Kota Pekalongan Heryu Purwanto menambahkan, alur pendaftaran job fair online, para pencari kerja bisa masuk ke web dan ketik jobfair.kemnaker.go,id. Kemudian pencari kerja mendaftar akun sebagai pencari kerja dan melengkapi profil.

Heryu menerangkan, berdasarkan data yang masuk, pada hari pertama pembukaan Job Fair Online, sudah ada 300 orang pencari kerja yang sudah mendaftar secara online di website Sisnaker. Pencari kerja juga bisa mengisi melalui google form di https://bit.ly/DAFTARJOBFAIR apabila perusahaan yang tidak tercantum di Sisnaker (online).

“Dalam Sisnaker itu perusahaan mempunyai akun, pencari kerja juga memiliki akun, nanti mereka bertemu di sistem job fair mini online Dinperinaker Kota Pekalongan. Setelah perusahaan membuka lowongan, pencari kerja mengklik lowongan kerja yang ada, nanti perusahaan bisa melihat profil pencari kerjanya termasuk foto, ijazah, dan sebagainya. Kemudian, akan diverifikasi untuk diterima atau ditolak, nanti perusahaan akan menghubungi pencari kerja langsung melalui WA/email pencari kerja. Proses selanjutnya seperti tes wawancara, psikotest, semuanya yang menentukan dari perusahaan untuk alur dan waktunya,” katanya.

Sementara itu, Wali Kota Pekalongan,H A Afzan Arslan Djunaid menyampaikan apresiasi atas terselenggaranya Job Fair Online 2021. Ia mengakui, pandemi Covid-19 berdampak cukup besar terhadap dunia kerja, di mana angka pengangguran meningkat dan hampir 80% jenis usaha terdampak.

Menurut Aaf, sapaan akrab wali kota, Dinperinaker terus berupaya menekan angka pengangguran di Kota Pekalongan yang pada 2021 ini mencapai sekitar 7,02%. Caranya dengan membuka berbagai kegiatan pelatihan-pelatihan, salah satunya di Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK).

Dengan adanya Job Fair Online Kota Pekalongan ini, Aaf berharap dapat sebanyak-banyaknya menyerap tenaga kerja asal Kota Pekalongan dan kegiatan Job Fair ini bisa terus dilakukan di tahun-tahun mendatang.

“Semoga pandemi ini segera berakhir, mudah-mudahan ekonomi semakin tumbuh, angka pengangguran semakin turun, dan ke depan semuanya bisa dilancarkan. Kami juga berharap masyarakat Kota Pekalongan lebih berani dan bisa menerima pekerjaan di luar Kota Pekalongan juga,” katanya.
