PUSKAPIK.COM, Pemalang – Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Pemalang, belum menerima surat edaran larangan ASN atau PNS berhubungan dengan Eks FPI dan organisasi terlarang lainnya. Namun BKD mengimbau agar ASN bekerja profesional, setia kepada Pancasila dan UUD 1945.

Perintah agar Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) atau Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) tidak berhubungan dengan Eks Front Pembela Islam (FPI) itu, disampaikan melalui Surat Edaran Bersama Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB) dan Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN), Nomor 2 tahun 2001-Nomor 2/SE/I/2021. Dikutip dari website Setkab.go.id.

SE bersama yang ditandatangani pada 25 Januari 2021 itu, merupakan tindak lanjut dari Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) tentang Larangan Kegiatan, Penggunaan Simbol dan Atribut, serta Penghentian Kegiatan Front Pembela Islam yang diterbitkan pada 30 Desember 2020 lalu.

Dalam SE Bersama ini juga disebutkan organisasi terlarang dan ormas yang telah dicabut status badan hukumnya, yaitu: Partai Komunis Indonesia, Jamaah Islamiyah, Gerakan Fajar Nusantara (Gafatar), Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI), Jamaah Ansharut Daulah (JAD), dan Front Pembela Islam (FPI).

“Kalau itu secara langsung kami belum menerima,” kata Sekdin BKD Pemalang, Eko Adi Santoso, ditemui di Aula BKD, Selasa 9 Februari 2021.

Eko menuturkan, nantinya jika SE bersama itu diterima, BKD Pemalang akan menindaklanjuti.

“Sanksi kan ada. Pengenaan sanksi apabila memang ada aturan yang mengatur tidak memperbolehkan, kalau dilanggar kita terapkan sanksi,” tegas Eko.

BKD Pemalang mengimbau agar para ASN atau PNS di Pemalang bekerja secara profesional, peduli dengan lingkungan, serta mengabdi secara baik, sesuai ketentuan.

“Kita kan di persyaratan PNS setia kepada Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945,” jelas Eko.
