Banyak Pelanggan Komplain Tagihan Air Bersih, Ini Jawaban Perusda Tirta Mulia Pemalang

PUSKAPIK.COM, Pemalang – Dalam beberapa bulan terakhir pelanggan silih berganti menyampaikan komplain kepada Perusda Tirta Mulia. Mereka mempertanyakan tagihan air bersih yang melambung tinggi, padahal tidak ada petugas yang mengecek meteran penggunaan air.

Ditemui dikantornya, Selasa, 8 September 2020, Kabid Hubungan Pelanggan Perumda Air Minum Tirta Mulia, Heri Condro Susilo mengakui, sejak pandemi Covid-19, petugas tidak lagi turun ke lapangan untuk mengecek meteran pelanggan mengenai besaran dalam penggunaan air.

Heri mengatakan, selama pandemi virus corona, pemerintah mengintruksikan kepada instansi atau perusahaan untuk bekerja di rumah. Namun mulai Juli kemarin petugas sudah mulai turun ke lapangan untuk mengecek kondisi meteran pelanggan dan besaran dalam penggunaan air.

“Kami pastikan, petugas sudah turun ke lapangan untuk mengecek kondisi dan besarnya dalam menggunakan air,” katanya.

Mengenai lonjakan tagihan, Heri menyampaikan, petugas Perumda Air Minum Tirta Mulia telah melakukan pencatatan secara langsung data dan tagihan air dari tiga bulan sebelumnya dengan hitungan rata-rata tagihan.

Heri mencontohkan, pembayaran tagihan air pada April 2020 merupakan perhitungan dari rata-rata pembayaran pemakaian Januari, Februari, dan Maret. Begitu seterusnya.

“Jika pelanggan keberatan membayar tagihan maka Perumda Tirta mulia memberikan dispensasi pembayaran dengan cara dicicil, tidak dipaksakan harus membayar sepenuhnya,” katanya.

Banyaknya yang komplain lonjakan tagihan juga ramai diperbincangkan di media sosial akhir-akhir ini. Perumda Air Minum Tirta mulia mengaku sudah menyosialisasikan kebijakannya melalui media sosial, selebaran, radio dan secara langsung menggunakan pengeras suara dengan mobil keliling.
