PUSKAPIK.COM, Pemalang – Pembenahan birokrasi menjadi fokus utama Mansur Hidayat usai dirinya resmi menjabat Bupati Pemalang sisa periode 2021-2026. Mansur menggaransi ‘rombak kabinet’ bakal menjunjung tinggi meritokrasi.

Itu ditegaskan Mansur Hidayat usai acara silaturahmi dan doa bersama dengan jajaran Pemerintah Kabupaten Pemalang serta seluruh stakeholder di Pendopo Kantor Bupati, Senin malam 9 Oktober 2023.

“Pertama kita akan menyusun birokrasi yang kuat dan akuntabel. Beberapa hari, minggu, atau bulan ini kita akan menata birokrasi agar kita bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien.” tegasnya kepada awak media di tangga Peringgitan Kantor Bupati Pemalang.

Menurut Mansur, penataan birokrasi menjadi hal penting bagi kelancaran roda pemerintahan kedepan dalam menjalankan program-program besutannya.

“Untuk penataan birokrasi, jajaran eselon II akan kita gelar secara terbuka. Tidak ada kongkalikong, tidak ada pengondisian. Itu akan kita lakukan di eselon II.” jelas Mansur Hidayat.

Mansur pun mensinyalkan penataan jajaran birokrat tataran eselon III dan lainnya dilakukan dalam waktu dekat. Pria murah senyum itu menggaransi, rombak kabinet ini dirinya lakukan dengan menjunjung tinggi meritokrasi.

“Eselon III kita susun sesuai kapasitas dan kapabilitas, jadi kita tegakkan right man on the right place.” tegasnya.

Diberitakan sebelumnya, Mansur Hidayat kini mutlak memegang tampuk kuasa Pemerintah Kabupaten Pemalang. Hari ini, Senin 9 Oktober 2023, pria asal Moga itu bakal dilantik menjadi Bupati Pemalang di Kantor Gubernur Jawa Tengah.

Pelantikan Mansur Hidayat yang digelar di Graha Gradhika Bhakti Praja Semarang ini bakal dilangsungkan pukul 14.00 WIB. Suami dari Shanti Rosalia itu bakal dilantik oleh Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Jawa Tengah, Nana Sudjana.
