PURWOREJO (PUSKAPIK) – Raja dan permaisuri Keraton Agung Sejagat di Kabupaten Purworejo akhirnya ditangkap tim Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum (Ditreskrimum) Polda Jateng, Selasa (14/1/2020) pukul 18.00 WIB. Keduanya dinilai melanggar Pasal 14 Undang-Undang Nomor 1/1946 tentang Peraturan Hukum Pidana dan atau Pasal 378 KUHP tentang Penipuan.
Kabid Humas Polda Jateng Kombes Pol Iskandar Fitriana Sutisna mengatakan, raja dan permaisuri Keraton Agung Sejagat yang ditangkap atas nama Toto Santoso (42) dan Fanni Aminadia (41), warga Desa Pogung Jurutengah, Kecamatan Bayan, Kabupaten Purworejo. Penangkapan didasarkan pada berita di media sosial tentang berdirinya Keraton Agung Sejagat di wilayah Kabupaten Purworejo yang sudah viral di masyarakat.
“Kedua terduga sudah diamankan untuk dimintai keterangan dan klarifikasi,†kata Kombes Pol Iskandar Fitriana Sutisna kepada wartawan, Selasa (14/1/2020) malam.
Menurutnya, Toto Santoso dan Fanni telah melanggar hukum karena mengumumkan dirinya sebagai raja dan kanjeng ratu Keraton Agung Sejagat. Dalam Pasal 14 UU Nomor 1/1946 disebutkan, barang siapa menyiarkan berita atau pemberitaan bohong dengan sengaja menerbitkan keonaran di kalangan rakyat di hukum maksimal 10 tahun.
Selain mengamankan Toto dan Fanni, polisi juga mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti, antara lain dokumen palsu, kartu-kartu yang di cetak oleh pelaku untuk perekrutan anggota Keraton Agung Sejagat.
Polisi juga memintai keterangan 10 orang saksi warga Desa Pogung Jurutengah, Kecamatan Bayan, Kabupaten Purworejo yang merasa resah karena kegiatan pelaku. “Sampai saat ini, terduga belum ditetapkan sebagai tersangka,†katanya. (FM)
